How Do I Remove Underlining From the Post Title and Links?

I have no idea why all my post titles and links are suddenly underlined! It's such an eyesore to me, I hate it! It happened once, and I managed to restore it back to it's previous form. But now I totally have forgotten how to do it. Can anybody help me out in this? Please please please!!!
