It's the time of the month again and as always, I'd be craving for something sweet. This time around I can't seem to take my mind off this little sweet heart.
These colorful desert kept beckoning to me and they were persistent I tell you! They invaded my dreams Every. Single. Night. Without fail.
So last night once we got back from groceries shopping, I straight away went to the kitchen and prepared the sweet savory. Hubby helped with the crystal jelly, but instead of slowly scooping them on top of the custard layer, he poured them into the bowl like he was making teh tarik!. That's why you can see bits and pieces of yellow custard swimming in the red sea of the jelly.
Despite the look, the sweetheart is a real heart breaker. I ate them for breakfast this morning, and gonna have them for lunch later. I'm so savoring it as I don't know when's the next time I'm gonna make them again. Perhaps after hubby got me this, then I'd be making trifles every single day. Haha!
